Terms of Use

What Same Day Plumber is

Same Day Plumber is a referral service. We publish plumbing information and connect callers with independent plumbing companies, directly or through call networks. We are not a plumbing company or a contractor, we do not perform or supervise plumbing work, and we do not employ the plumbers you are connected with.

The plumbing company is independent

• The plumbing company you are connected with is a separate business. Any quote, price, schedule, work, warranty or dispute is between you and that company.
• We do not guarantee that a plumber will be available, that one can arrive on the same day or by a certain time, or what the work will cost.
• We do not guarantee the quality of any plumbing company's work, and we are not responsible for its acts or omissions.
• You are responsible for choosing whether to hire the company. Before work starts, check its license with your state or local licensing body, confirm it carries insurance, and get the price in writing.

Calls

When you call a number on this site, your call may be answered by or forwarded to a plumbing company or call network, and it may be recorded or monitored. By calling, you agree to this and to being contacted about your request by the company that takes your call. See our privacy policy.

How we are paid

Plumbing companies and call networks pay us when we refer calls to them, and that payment may affect which company your call is connected to. See our advertiser disclosure.

Information on this site is general

• Our guides and city pages are general information, not professional advice for your home. Plumbing, gas and electrical work can be dangerous. If you are unsure, stop and call a licensed professional.
• In an emergency that threatens life or safety, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
• Local details such as plumbing codes, permit rules and water quality figures come from public sources and can change or be out of date. Confirm them with your city, county or utility before relying on them.
• We do not publish prices, and nothing on this site is a quote.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or its phone numbers. That includes placing false or automated calls, copying the site's content in bulk for republication, attempting to disrupt the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose. The text, design and logos on this site belong to Same Day Plumber or its licensors, and you may not reuse them without permission, apart from sharing links and brief quotations.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Same Day Plumber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss or damage arising from work done or not done by a plumbing company, from your reliance on information on this site, or from your use of the site or its phone numbers. Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
